''Cliniodes subflavescens'' is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Hayden in 2011. It is found in southern Brazil, north to the Federal District. The length of the forewings is 11–15 mm for males and 11–16 mm for females. The forewing costa is yellowish orange and the basal area is yellowish orange. There is a black smudge on the anal margin and the medial area is yellowish orange, shading to grey or dark grey on the anal area. The hindwings are pale yellow. Adults have been recorded on wing in January, February, April, May and from September to December. ==Etymology== The species name is derived from Latin ''subflavescere'' (meaning to become slightly yellow).〔(Revision of Cliniodes Guenée (Lepidoptera: Crambidae: Odontiinae) )〕
